This are the things that will always be important in your life. Not material things that can make you confuse about who you are, or misguide your journey in life.
This are the most precious things that will keep you alive, happy, honest, healthy and absolutely confident.
Drinking juices that are healthy or drinking lots of water is very important to keep your body dehydrated. Eating fruits and evolving as you grow with a diet that is not starving but keeps your muscles strong and less inflammatory. Avoid process foods, make-up juices drinks with lab artificial flavors are so bad for your lungs. Best to buy your fruits and vegetables, poultry and dairy at the supermarket. Try your best to cook your own food, is very healthy and creates lots of happiness.
Keeping your environment unclutter organized and with a pallet that is very zen. You want to be at work or going to school early in the morning and come home to a lovely poetic environment that is clean. Recycle what you don't need, donate it, don't purchase cheap things that will not last you, always purchase items that will have a passage with you and will have a story to tell in the future. Purchase art for your walls, have a family frame wall where you just hang family photos and friends. Don't purchase things you don't need stores that offer less attractive and unnecessary things will only profit from you and will never assist the true value of life, your real needs.
Take a time-out, read, have a hobby and have tea by yourself or with someone. Take a time to breath and recollect your thoughts not everything gets done in one day, plan it out and don't rush. It's very important to put a stop to things that are stressing you and reevaluate your choices.
Work out! Yes move 30minutes 5times a week or when possible go for 45 minute work-out combine with running and other obstacles. Keep moving, your 20s are great you will always have that extra room to add other 20minutes to working out. Then your 30s are busier so join a movement class. Finally your 40s very important to move and sleep well and keep your muscles flexible and stay very healthy.
Love, Love Yourself, love what you do, love your body your life, because with that self value you have for you, it will teach you to stay away from negative energy. Negative things that can be destructive to your mind in the future, so be ready to walk away from bad choices, be ready to say NO, No to pressure, even in your adult life you will face pressure. Learn to love your environment, your plan future because that is the formula to happiness to know yourself and aim at the future with great perspective not anyone controlling you and making choices for you, but you learning and failing and getting up with lots of love that you believe in your greater self.
Finally! Be Fearless! Be in the moment, focus and ready to learn, don't be weary of acceptance until you have attain the skills, don't worry about fitting in or if people speak of you as a loner because you are in journey of experiencing life and learning and manuvouring the trials and errors of things that some humans have no experience in life. Be fearless about making your choices.
Make lots friends, learn to listen and pray that you will continue to be your own unique self being. Have lots of friends and speak lots of languages, some languages are easy to learn just go to YouTube.com and tada ! Never underestimate yourself about not having friends or learning, overestimate yourself that you are a great human and your time is valuable to those who surround you.
